Homewell Property Inspections we are your complete 1 call home inspection company. Services offered, Home inspections, Radon gas testing, septic/sewer inspections. water quality testing, pest (wood destroying insects) inspections, walk through inspections. I am available 7 days a week from 7:00 a.m. to 11:00 p.m. I serve Erie, Crawford, Warren and Venango counties. Buying or selling home can be both exciting and stressfull at the same time. I invite my clients to accompany me during the home inspection as this helps gain an understanding and knowledge of the inner workings and components of the home. I believe this helps ease some of the potential concerns. All inspections performed come complete with written reports with digital photos in less than 24 hours.
